Shipping Returns and Contact

SHIPPING:

We currently only ship to the U.S.

Shipping options will be shown at checkout and are subject to carrier rates.

Standard shipping is free for orders that include $50 or more of physical items to be shipped (the electronic gift cards are sent via email and the amount spent on e-cards is not included when determining if an order qualifies for free shipping).

USPS or UPS will be used for orders that qualify for free shipping.

Expected handling time is 1-3 business days.

Delivery time is subject to the carrier and dependent on the selected shipping option.

A tracking number will be provided when available.

All items ship from Denver, CO 80205.

RETURNS:

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

All approved returns will be sent to our return processing location in Denver, CO 80205.
