Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

     -In the same condition as received

     -Unworn, unused, with original tags

     -In original packaging

     -Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us using the form on our Shipping/Returns/Contact page or email us at support@puttlifegolf.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label (no cost to you), along with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away at support@puttlifegolf.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact us at support@puttlifegolf.com. For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
